Miss Libby

We are super excited to introduce Libby, one of our new Dance Teachers. She has been choreographing a few routines with the girls for next dance season showcasing her passion and talent. We are thrilled to have her as part of our talented dance teachers. Libby, is a passionate dancer and dedicated instructor with over two decades of experience in various styles including jazz, tap, hip hop, ballet, contemporary, modern, acro, lyrical, and more. She began her dance journey at the age of three and competed for seven years, later transitioning into assistant teaching and choreography for her college dance team at Elms College. Since then, she has been sharing her love for dance through teaching multiple classes and crafting award-winning routines. Dance has been a life long passion and Libby inspires to pass on her love of dance to her students.

Miss Kiki

Kyrstin's journey into the dance world began uniquely at the age of 14, when she discovered a passion for recreational dancing. This love for movement quickly evolved into spending 15 years as a dance instructor and studio office manager. However, life took a turn with the arrival of her children, prompting Kyrstin to step away from the studio and inadvertently become less active. Faced with the need to maintain her health, Kyrstin Embraced tap dancing, she embarked on a transformative journey, shedding over 127 pounds naturally. This remarkable achievement spurred her to pursue certifications in personal training and nutrition coaching, driven by a newfound passion for helping others achieve their health goals. Kyrstin's influence extends beyond teaching children; she also creates engaging and inclusive programs for parents. Miss Nadine

We are super excited to introduce you too Miss Nadine who began dancing at age 3 at Pioneer Valley Ballet and later trained in gymnastics at Hackworth School of Performing Arts. By 13, she was assisting classes and teaching by high school, instructing jazz, tap, ballet, acro, lyrical, and preschool dance. After teaching at multiple studios, she purchased a studio at 21 and later owned Dare to Dream. Nadine continued her education at UMass Amherst, taking dance classes at UMass, Smith, and Mt. Holyoke, and also trained at Broadway Dance Center and Steps on Broadway. She is certified through Dance Educators of America and Acrobatic Arts. Her philosophy: Every Body is Unique and Every Body Can Dance. Nadine will be teaching our acro dance program for all levels and is a certified acrobatic arts instructor.

Miss Rebecca

She is an accomplished dancer who has studied dance since the age of 8; studying in ballet, tap, jazz and lyrical. Having taught dance instruction for many years, she has a natural ability to teach and interact with dancers on all levels and abilities. She had the pleasure of learning the art of dance in the very same dance studio as Destined to Dance Academy and feels a natural warmth in the dance studio. She is proud to continue her passion for dance, technique and choreography with DTDA. She has a background in social work and has utilized her dance skills in working with youth of all ages. She also specializes in teaching adults who are interested in learning dance or even just to get out of the house on a regular basis to socialize and get in a little exercise. Her classes can be both technically focused for accomplished dancers who want to hone their skills, or they can be more focused on having a fun time.

Miss Amanda

Miss Amanda brings 18 years of experience in both recreational and competitive dance, including standout performances with the Providence Bruins and the Boston Celtics. Her passion truly shines in teaching hip hop, her favorite style to share with students. “Dance has taught me discipline, vulnerability, and strength—it’s where I thrive.”
When she’s not in the studio, you can find Miss Amanda enjoying Mario Kart battles, going to concerts, catching a movie, or spending time at the mall.
